These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Site. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

7. Our voice-chat assistant
The Site offers an AI voice-chat assistant, provided by ElevenLabs, which only loads if you accept functional cookies. Its replies are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Please do not share confidential or sensitive personal information, such as health details, with it. Anything you discuss with the assistant does not form a contract or agreement with us.
8. Intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including text, images, design and code. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you must not copy, reproduce or reuse any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
- use the Site or its contact form to send unsolicited advertising, spam or similar material

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these Terms do not affect.
